4. Payment Terms
All fees are payable in advance. Payment methods include major cards or direct bank transfers. Services commence after receipt of full payment.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds for Accounting Services
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of engaging an accounting service if no deliverables have been provided. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. To request, contact us via the contact form. After deliverables are provided or work has commenced, no refund is available, as our team allocates time and resources specifically for your engagement. However, you may reschedule the service as described below.
5.2. Refunds for Information Products
We offer a 14-day satisfaction period for digital products. To be eligible, you must not have downloaded or accessed all materials. Partial access may void eligibility. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
5.3. Refunds for Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. Once opened or used, goods are not eligible for refund. If a product is defective, we will replace it at no extra charge upon receipt of the damaged item.
5.4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain consulting or audit review sessions are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of expert time and scheduling commitments. By booking such sessions, you acknowledge that fees are earned upon confirmation and are not recoverable.
6. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule accounting services or consulting sessions by providing at least 48 hours’ notice via the contact form. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. Late rescheduling (less than 48 hours’ notice) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the original service charge.
